Credits are spent by output size: 2 credits for a Standard 2MP result, and 8 for HD — reconstruction up to 8MP, included with every paid plan. Failed, timed-out or rejected jobs are refunded in full. Subscription credits are valid for the current billing period and do not roll over; pack credits expire at the end of their validity window.

How many credits does one image use?
Credits are spent by output size: 2 credits for Standard at 2MP, and 8 for HD — reconstruction up to 8MP. Failed jobs are refunded in full.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Credits are valid for the current billing period only and do not roll over to the next one.
What do the plans cost?
Every new account gets 2 free credits — one full Standard run. Basic is US$12.90/month for 100 credits (≈50 Standard or 12 HD images, monthly billing only), Pro is US$24.90/month for 280 credits (≈140 Standard or 35 HD) and Max is US$39.90/month for 700 credits (≈350 Standard or 87 HD). HD is available to every account. Yearly billing saves 20% on Pro and Max.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time from your account page, or by emailing support@unpixelate.net. Cancelling stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the current period.
What happens if a job fails?
Failed jobs do not use credits. The tool shows the reason and, where the failure is temporary, offers a retry.
Refunds and cancellation
Can I get a refund?
Yes — first subscriptions can be refunded within 14 days if no credits were used in that period. See our Refund Policy for the full terms.
Why are used credits not refundable?
Access to your processed result is delivered immediately, and processing incurs cost the moment it runs. Once a result has been generated and obtained, that period's credits are not refundable.
What happens after I cancel?
Cancelling stops all future charges. Your access and remaining period credits stay valid until the end of the billing period you already paid for. Auto-renewal charges are not refundable.
