Privacy Policy

Unpixelate (“we”, “us”) operates unpixelate.net (the “Service”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it. Questions: support@unpixelate.net.
1. Information we collect

2. How we use it
To create and secure your account, deliver the image processing you request, track credit usage and billing, prevent abuse of free credits, and troubleshoot failures.

Your uploaded images are transmitted to Replicate for processing. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your images to train models.
Replicate holds a temporary copy of your image, the generated result and the processing log while the job runs. That copy is removed automatically when the processing record expires, roughly one hour after the job finishes. We copy the result into our own storage as soon as it is generated, so the Replicate-side copy is never the only one.
4. Retention
- Uploaded images and generated results: kept for a maximum of 14 days, then automatically deleted.
- Account, credit ledger and subscription records: kept while your account is active.
- Payment and tax records: kept as long as Waffo and applicable tax law require.
- You may request earlier deletion of your images and account by emailing support@unpixelate.net.
5. Cookies
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. We use only strictly necessary cookies required for sign-in and session security.
6. Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may close your account, by emailing support@unpixelate.net. Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights; we honor those requests.
7. Children
The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
